Today is Trey's birthday and Adrian's 7th.. wedding anniversary. A bottle of bubbling solution in the basement fridge ready for a vibratory moment at the end of our working day in celebration of these events.

Adrian is about to record vocals on "Into The Frying Pan"; Trey, Pat & Bill are in the garage. A package of stuff has arrived for Bill: a digital guitar-amp programme. Bill is a happy boy. And a Dan Electro baritone guitar has arrived for Trey, although for what reason I know not. And Trey is keeping his plans a secret.

Toyah has been shopping in Canterbury which, she says, is filling up with people. Canterbury Cathedral is a primo site of the Anglican Church (the Archbishop of Canterbury is head honcho). Probably some of the visitors are arriving to celebrate the (not quite accurately described) Millennium, as well as Christmas shopping.

Wonderments are erupting all around me. In the garage, Pat has made the garage door into an instrument of percussion. In the studio, Adrian has wonder-werned the power riff to "Frying Pan" after an afternoon of demon vocalising. Everyone is too busy to sample the bubbling beast, or else have forgotten it.
